Recommended use: A source of B complex vitamins for use in the treatment of deficiencies of these vitamins in cattle, sheep, and horses.

Each mL contains:

thiamine hydrochloride	150 mg
riboflavin 5’ sodium phosphate USP	2 mg
niacinamide	150 mg
d-panthenol	10 mg
pyridoxine HCl	10 mg
inositol	20 mg
choline chloride	20 mg
benzyl alcohol (preservative)	2% v/v
water for injection	q.s.

Dosage: Administer by intramuscular or intravenous injection. Dosage may be repeated once or twice weekly as needed. 1 to 5 mL per 100 lbs of body weight.

Warning

Parenteral administration of thiamine has resulted in anaphylactic shock. Administer slowly and with caution in doses over 1/3 mL (50 mg thiamine).

Store upright only at temperatures between 2° and 8°C (36° - 46°F). Do not allow to freeze.
