Vitamin B-12 3000 mcg Injection Caution

Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

EACH mL CONTAINS:

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B-12)	3000mcg
Benzyl Alcohol (as preservative)	1.5% v/v
Sodium Chloride	0.8% w/v
Water for Injection	q.s.

pH buffered with Acetic Acid

Storage

Store at controlled temperature between 2° and 30°C (36° and 86°F). Avoid exposure to light.

Vitamin B-12 3000 mcg Injection Indications

For use as a supplemental nutritive source of Vitamin B-12 in cattle, horses, sheep, swine, dogs and cats.

Dosage and Administration

Inject subcutaneously and/or intramuscularly.

Cattle, Horses, Sheep and Swine	1 to 2 mL
Dogs and Cats	0.25 to 0.5 mL

Suggested dosage may be repeated at 1 to 2 week intervals, as indicated by condition and response.
