Vitamin A and D₃ injection

STERILE

Active ingredients (per mL): 500,000 IU Vitamin A (as palmitate) (BP) and 75,000 IU Vitamin D₃.

Anti-oxidant (per mL):

50 IU Vitamin E (as acetate) (BP)

Vitamin AD3 Forte Indications

As an aid in the prevention and treatment of vitamin A and D deficiencies in cattle, horses, sheep and swine.

Dosage and Administration

Administer by single intramuscular injection using aseptic technique.

Adult animals: 0.5 - 1 mL per 100 kg of body weight

Breeding animals: 0.5 mL per 100 kg of body weight

Young animals: 1 mL per 50 kg of body weight

Repeat once a month if necessary.

Vitamin AD3 Forte Caution

In case of anaphylactic reaction, administer epinephrine immediately. If deficiency symptoms persist, consult your veterinarian.

Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store at temperature of 15-25°C. Refrigerate (2 - 8°C) partially used vial. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
