Consult a veterinarian before using on sick, aged, pregnant or nursing animals or animals receiving drug or other pesticide treatment. This product contains permethrin. DO NOT apply another pest control product such as a spot on, collar or powder which contains permethrin to the treated animal when using Sentry Flea Killer & Mosquito Repellent Spray for Dogs. DO NOT administer by mouth. Use only in well-ventilated areas, preferably outdoors. Shake well before using. Wet animal’s head with water to drive pests onto body. Hold bottle in upright position and spray the dog from a distance of 25-30 cm. Spray the entire body, beginning at the tail and working towards the head. As you spray, fluff the fur of the dog so that the spray will penetrate the skin. Spray only until the fur is damp-not wet. Spray ticks directly. Do not spray more than once a week. Treatment must be repeated only if the pest problem persists or reoccurs. DO NOT apply to surfaces that may come into contact with food/feed. Cover or remove all food/feed. Cover all food/feed processing surfaces, equipment and utensils or thoroughly wash following treatment. For effective flea and tick control, treatment of the pet should be combined with the sanitation of any area used by the pet. Vacuum floors, carpets, and furniture (discard vacuum bag after use) and wash the pet’s bedding, living quarters, and surrounding areas. If pest problems persist, a premise treatment with an insecticide labeled for that use may be required. A veterinarian should be consulted when pest infestation continues to be a problem on the pet.
