Recommended Serving:
For best results, administer within 30 minutes of exercise or competition by mixing 1 scoop (15 grams) of BCAA Formula with 30-60 ml of water for orally syringing. You may choose to mix 1 scoop (15 grams) of BCAA Formula with 1 cup/200 grams of dampened grain ration for oral ingestion.
