First Aid

If Swallowed:

● Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice, or transport the patient to the nearest hospital.

● Do not give any liquid to the patient.

● Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or doctor.

● Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

If on Skin or on Clothing:

● Take off contaminated clothing.

● Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.

● Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.

If Inhaled:

● Move person to fresh air.

● If person is not breathing, call 911 or ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible.

● Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Contains petroleum distillates. May cause aspiration pneumonia hazard.

Have product container or label with you when calling a poison control center, or doctor, or going in for treatment.

Prozap Backrubber and Pour-On Xtra Caution

Harmful if absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Harmful if inhaled. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Mixers, loaders, applicators, and other handlers must wear:

● Long-sleeved shirt and long pants,

● Shoes plus socks,

● Chemical-resistant gloves made of barrier laminate, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, or Viton.

User Safety Requirements

Follow manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. Discard clothing and other absorbent materials that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with this product’s concentrate. Do not reuse them.

User Safety Recommendations

Users should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.

Users should remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.

Users should remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing them. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.

Directions For Use

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

READ THE LABEL: Read the entire label and follow all use directions, use restrictions and precautions.

USE RESTRICTIONS

Close milk bulk tank lids to prevent contamination from spray and from dead or falling insects.

Remove or cover milking utensils before application.

Wash teats of animals before milking.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS

For application to beef cattle, dairy cattle, and swine: Apply undiluted to reduce annoyance from files, mosquitoes, lice, and ticks by the following methods:

As a Backrubber: Fill reservoir or saturate applicator. Recharge as need to maintain effective results. Locate mechanism to give animals free access.

As a Pour-On: Apply to animals along back and down face at 1 fl. oz. per 100 lbs. body weight of animal, up to a maximum of 8 fl. oz. per animal. Use as needed, but not more than once every 2 weeks. Do not slaughter swine within 5 days of last treatment. Treat lactating dairy cows after milking is completed.

Storage And Disposal

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.

PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry, and secure area. Store in original sealed container away from food or feed.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL:

Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on-site or at an approved waste disposal facility.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container.

If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available.

If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
