Description

Promo 155 is a sterile injectable solution of vitamins. minerals, lipotropes and amino acids (Proteins). It is designed to prevent and treat deficiencies of the above nutritional substances in horses and other large animals.

Promo 155 is a potent supplemental source of those nutritional factors which may be lacking from the daily diet of race horses. Recent research indicates that environmental factors influencing the vitamin-mineral-protein content of such feeds as hay, whole grain, and oral supplements provide a rationale for the use of Promo 155.

Promo 155 may be used in several ways.

1. As an additive for all intravenous fluids such as amino acid-vitamin mixtures, electrolytes, and dextrose.

2. Following a race to replace essential substances lost through the stresses of racing.

3. As a pre-race injection with an energy producing potential.

Directions For Use

10cc Promo 155 may be added to any I.V. Solution. This will ensure that veterinary amino-acid solutions are increased in potency to acceptable therapeutic levels. Also, the vitamins and minerals will provide for increased production in red cells and hemoglobin.

Promo 155 may also be administered by intramuscular or intravenous injection. The dosage for horses is 10cc per 1000 pounds of body weight.

PRE-RACE APPLICATION:

10cc of Promo 155 has been found helpful when administered intramuscularly 24 hours prior to racing. Since all the ingredients in Promo 155 are natural, it may be used at any time which is found to be effective prior to racing. Promo 155 may be mixed in the same syringe with the following Vitamin B-12 1000 and 5000 and Vitamin C.

OTHER LARGE ANIMALS:

1cc per 100 pounds of body weight intramuscularly, intravenously or added to any I.V. Solution in the prevention and treatment of unthriftiness in swine, and as a nutritional adjunct to antibiotic therapy in the treatment of weakened and debilitated animals. The usual dose is 10cc per day while the animal is being treated with antibiotics or 10cc following an infection or other weakening condition.
