GABArex Calming Oral Solution (Canada)

Active Ingredient

Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis extract) 6.875% w/w.

Veterinary Use Only

Support and maintain normal behaviour during situations such as: thunderstorms, fireworks and loud noises, meeting new dogs, people and other animals, visits to veterinary clinics/groomers, travel etc.

Directions for Use: Small dogs (<10 kg) 1 pump or 1 mL. Medium dogs (10 to 25 kg) 2 pumps or 2 mL. Large dogs (>25 kg) 3 pumps or 3 mL. Administer twice daily by mouth for 4 to 6 weeks and then continue as recommended by your veterinarian. For situations known to induce abnormal behaviour, administer 12 hours before the event, and then again 2 hours before the event. During the event, administer every 6 hours.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Cautions: Not for use in pregnant or lactating animals. Not for use prior to general anesthesia. Not for use in combination with CNS depressants. Occasionally, dogs may sleep more or develop mild intestinal upsets, including soft stools and diarrhea. If these conditions persist, discuss altering the dose or treatment regimen with your veterinarian to obtain resolution of symptoms.

Store at room temperature (15-30°C). Protect from light.
