Farm-Foam EVO is used for the removal of organic soil, especially fats and grease. Farm-Foam EVO is ideal for the removal of fecal material and soil in swine and poultry premises, hatcheries, and other animal confinement facilities. Farm-Foam EVO removes dirt, grime, protein, and oils, as well as minerals and adherent films.

Recommended areas of use:

For Poultry Hatcheries: Can be applied to walls, floors, and ceilings of rooms, setters, and hatchers. For use in the manual cleaning of trays, racks, plastic flats, and boxes.

For Farm Premises: As a general cleaner and deodorizer in poultry houses, swine and livestock barns, and as a wetting agent to wash down poultry houses, and swine and livestock barns.

For Food-Processing Plants: Use on floors, walls, shelves, utensils, and in walk-in coolers. It cleans and brightens stainless steel, glass, plastic, concrete, and tile in poultry and meat-processing and canning plants.

Directions For Use

For Pressure Washing Applications:

For Use as a General-Purpose Cleaner for Walls, Floors, Feed Pails, Waterers, and Equipment: Use Farm-Foam EVO as a 0.25% to 0.75% solution (1/4 to 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water) (2 to 8 mL/L) in tepid to hot water (110° to 160°F or 42° to 70°C) for light to medium soiling, or as a 1.5% to 2.5% solution (2 to 3 fl. oz. per gallon of water) (16 to 24 mL/L) for heavy soiling. Spray the solution on all surfaces. Using warmer water will improve the effectiveness of the product in high-grease situations. If possible, allow Farm-Foam EVO to remain on surfaces for 10 minutes before completely rinsing with clean water at high-pressure. Consult your Neogen Corporation Representative for recommendations.

For Use on Food-Processing Equipment, Utensils, and Other Food Contact Surfaces: Clean as above. Thoroughly rinse cleaned surfaces with potable water before reuse. Where recommended or permitted, apply a sanitizer solution to food contact surfaces before reuse.

For Use in Barns and Other Farm Premises: Use Farm-Foam EVO at an application rate of 1/4 to 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water (2 to 8 mL/L) for cleaning. Apply to surfaces and, if possible, let stand for 10 minutes before thoroughly rinsing all surfaces with clean water at high-pressure. After thorough cleaning, let surfaces dry as much as possible, then follow-up with an appropriate disinfecting solution.

For Foaming Applications:

Use Farm-Foam EVO to prepare a stock solution of 1 to 3 fl. oz. per gallon of water (8 to 24 mL/L) or calibrate your dosing equipment to achieve this dilution. Using a foaming wand, apply solution onto all surfaces and, if possible, let the foam stand for 10 minutes before thoroughly rinsing all surfaces with clean water at high-pressure. After thorough cleaning, let surfaces dry as much as possible, then follow-up with an appropriate disinfecting solution.
