Directions For Use

Reduce air movement in the area to be treated by closing doors, windows and ventilators. Turn off all possible sources of ignition in area to be treated. Remove all animals from building before using as a space spray. Apply as a space spray using an electric fogger or similar mist applicator, at the rate of 200 mL of insecticide per 100 m3 of space. Spray upwards to fill area with a fine mist. Keep area closed 15 minutes before ventilating. Direct spray upwards to all parts of room especially windows and other light sources and to areas where insects are present. The insects must be in contact with DISVAP IV to be killed. Ventilate treated areas thoroughly for at least 30 minutes before animal re-entry. Sweep up dead insects. Repeat as necessary with additional spraying of breeding areas. Spray only when temperature is under 32°C.

LIVESTOCK SPRAY FOR THE CONTROL OF FLIES, AND MOSQUITOES ON BEEF CATTLE, DAIRY CATTLE, HOGS, HORSES AND MULES. Apply 30-60 mL per animal, using a sprayer which produces a fine mist. Cover entire animal lightly, without making hair wet. Do not spray directly on udder. Do not spray animal’s eyes or mouth. Repeat once or twice daily as required. Treat dairy cattle at least 20 minutes before milking. Wash udder before milking. Spray from a distance of at least one metre.
