BioSentry Universal Barn Cleaner Caution

Contains detergents and alkaline salts. This product is intended to be diluted before using. May cause eye, skin, nose and throat irritation. May be harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing spray mist. Always wear proper eye protection and proper protective clothing when using this or any chemical products. Do not taste or swallow. Do not take internally. Keep container closed. Use and store with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling.

FIRST AID: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. For contact with eyes, call a physician. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. If swallowed, promptly drink a large quantity of milk, egg whites, gelatine solution, or if these are not available, drink large quantities of water. Avoid alcohol. Call a physician immediately. Take container, label or product name with you when you seeking medical attention.

TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION: Probable mucosal damage may contraindicate the use of gastric lavage. Measures against circulatory shock, respiratory depression, and convulsions may be needed. Refer to MSDS sheet.

BioSentry^® Universal Barn Cleaner is effective for all types of manual cleaning jobs. It is chemically compatible for follow-up use with all the popular chemical classes of disinfectants - phenolics, quaternary ammonium compounds, aldehydes, chlorine, iodine and peroxy compounds. Effectively deodorizes as it cleans.

Disposal

(1) Rinse the emptied container thoroughly and add the rinsings to the treatment site.

(2) Follow provincial instructions for any required additional cleaning of the container prior to its disposal or reconditioning.

(3) Make the empty container unsuitable for further use.

(4) Dispose of the container in accordance with provincial requirements.

(5) For information on the disposal of unused, unwanted product and the cleanup of spills, contact the Provincial Regulatory Agency.

RECOMMENDED AREAS OF USE

1. Poultry Hatcheries: Walls, floors, ceilings of rooms, setters and hatchers. Manual cleaning of trays, racks, plastic flats and boxes.

2. Farm Uses: As a general cleaner and deodorizer in poultry houses, swineries and livestock barns.

3. Truck Wash: Excellent cleaner and deodorizer for exterior and interior of trucks, cars and other vehicles.

4. Food Processing Plants: As a general cleaner for hard surfaces and equipment.

Directions For Use

GENERAL CLEANING: Use BioSentry^® Universal Barn Cleaner at 0.75 - 2.5% (8 - 24 ml/L) for cleaning. The amount of concentrate may vary, depending on the soil load and how difficult the surface is to clean. BioSentry^® Universal Barn Cleaner may be used through a foaming device, or it may be used manually with a cloth, sponge or brush.

Rinse away soils with fresh water or wipe off with a clean sponge. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water prior to reuse. After thorough pre-cleaning, follow-up with an application of an appropriate disinfecting solution.

HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING: Use a 0.25 - 0.75% solution (2 - 8 ml/L). After cleaning, rinse away soils with fresh water or wipe off with a clean cloth or sponge.

POULTRY, SWINE, FARM ANIMAL HOUSING: Mix at a rate of 1 part to 250 - 500 parts of water. Use to pressure-wash the house.

NOTE: BioSentry^® Universal Barn Cleaner is compatible in use with all types of disinfectants. Clean with BioSentry^® Universal Barn Cleaner and then disinfect. Do not mix BioSentry^® Universal Barn Cleaner with disinfectant to use together.
