ADAPTIL^® is for dogs only. Only dogs can detect this pheromone. Cats and people are not affected.

Usage instructions:

Plug the diffuser directly into the outlet. Each diffuser will cover 700 square feet.

For best results, keep the diffuser plugged in 24/7 and replace with a ADAPTIL^® Calm refill every 30 days.

Use only in properly functioning 120-volt electrical outlets.

DO NOT use with extension cords, adapters or converters.

ADAPTIL^® Calm pheromone is spread throughout the room via a heated diffuser, which may be warm to the touch. The diffuser is protected from overheating by an internal safety device. Some people may perceive a slight scent from the diffuser during the first hours of use.

Diffuser Power Indicator Light

When plugged into a functioning outlet, a light on the diffuser will indicate that the heater is receiving power. If the indicator light does not turn on, check to ensure the outlet is functioning properly by plugging a different working device into the outlet (e.g., a lamp). If the diffuser light still does not turn on, please contact ADAPTIL^® product support line at 1-800-510-8864.

FIRST AID TREATMENT: Contains Distillates (petroleum), hydrotreated middle. If swallowed, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately.

If person is unconscious, obtain medical attention immediately.

Do not induce vomiting.

If in eyes rinse with water for 15 minutes. If on skin, rinse well with water.

Dispose of contents and container at hazardous or special waste collection points, in accordance with local regulation. Waste electrical devices must not be disposed of with household waste.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

The appliance is only to be used with the recommended vaporizing medium. The use of other substances may give rise to a toxic or fire risk. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision. The appliance has hot surfaces to evaporate the active ingredients and these surfaces should not be touched during use. Do not attempt to repair or alter the product. This product is not a toy. To clean the appliance unplug it and wipe it with a dry cloth. The appliance must be kept in an upright position while operated and stored.

DO NOT plug in upside-down. DO NOT PLUG below any electrical device, under furniture or under any object protruding from the wall, in a multi-socket/multiplug adaptor or an extension lead. MINIMUM CLEAR DISTANCE above diffuser = 1.2 m (4 ft). This may impair or block diffusion of the product and leave residual marks. DO NOT immerse in water.

The internal parts of this device will get very hot to encourage evaporation of the active ingredient. Do not touch these surfaces during use. The diffuser is protected from overheating by an internal safety device. DO NOT attempt to refill the diffuser vial with other liquids or substances. To avoid damage, DO NOT place pheromone refill on any surface during use or place any object above the diffuser unit. DO NOT PLUG diffuser below any electrical device, under furniture, under any prominent object from the wall or in a multi-socket/multi-plug/ extension lead.

DO NOT put fingers, hands, metal or other foreign objects in the product. DO NOT disassemble diffuser unit or modify the plug in any way.

Use ONLY ADAPTIL^® refills. Ceva Animal Health will not be held responsible for damage, injury or poor performance caused by use of any other refills in Ceva Animal Health diffusers.
