Renal Dose Adjustments

CrCl less than 50 mL/min: Not recommended.

Liver Dose Adjustments

Mild liver dysfunction: No adjustment recommended; careful monitoring recommended.
Moderate or severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh B or C): Not recommended.
