Dextromethorphan 50 mg/GG 400 mg/K guaiacolsulfonate 200 mg oral capsule, extended release: 1 capsule orally every 12 hours.

Dextromethorphan 50 mg/GG 400 mg/K guaiacolsulfonate 200 mg oral capsule, extended release:
>=12 yrs: 1 capsule orally every 12 hours.
>=6 yrs to 12 yrs: 1 capsule orally daily.
