"I use powdered myrrh in My mouth to reduce problems from allergic inflammation. Sores heal fast when teeth have punctured swollen areas. I buy brand name quality capsules of myrrh gum powder. Empty one in the mouth and let the powder dissolve in the saliva. Very effective. P.S. Taking the capsules as a supplement seems to improve lung function even with allergies and sensitivities that usually mess with My lungs."

"When I was a child my pharmacist gave me myrrh to dab on canker sores and it healed them quickly. Currently I have had difficulty treating a gum sore related to hypothyroidism/ Hashimotos. I started using myrrh on it and it has slowly gone away. Nothing else helped ."
