"Works really well for my akathisia and sometimes dystonia. It has similar effectiveness to benztropine/procyclidine while having minimal side effects."

"Diphenhydramine definitely calms down my muscles and helps with any antipsychotic induced akathesia at night. Great for sleep as well and helps me stay in bed in the mornings, but I'm able to get up early if I need to."
