Trauma during pregnancy may be caused by a fall, assault, or other injury. Tests show that you and your baby have no major injuries. Your baby's heart rate is normal and there are no signs of distress
DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Return to the emergency department if:
- You have new or worsening pain or cramping in your abdomen.
- You have low back pain.
- You have any vaginal bleeding.
- You feel a gush or trickle of clear fluid leaking from your vagina.
- Your baby is moving less often.
Contact your doctor if:
- You have questions or concerns about your condition or care.

You may need more tests and close follow-up. Write down your questions so you remember to ask them during your visits.
