Do not use Xanax (Xanex) if you are allergic to alprazolam or to other benzodiazepines, such as chlordiazepoxide (Librium), clorazepate (Tranxene), diazepam (Valium), lorazepam (Ativan), or oxazepam (Serax). Do not use Xanax (Xanex) if you are pregnant.
