Loratab

Loratab is a common misspelling of Lortab (acetaminophen/hydrocodone).

What is Lortab (Loratab)?

Lortab (Loratab) is used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain.

Lortab (Loratab) is an analgesic combination. Acetaminophen works by lowering a chemical in the brain that stimulates pain nerves. Hydrocodone, an opioid (narcotic) analgesic, works by binding to receptors in the brain and nervous system used by the body's natural "pain relievers".

Do not use Lortab (Loratab) if you are allergic to acetaminophen (Tylenol) or hydrocodone. Hydrocodone may be habit-forming and should be used only by the person it was prescribed for. Lortab( Loratab) should never be given to another person, especially someone who has a history of drug abuse or addiction.
