Usual Adult Dose for Constipation
Potassium bitartrate-sodium bicarbonate 0.9 g-0.6 g rectal suppository:
1 suppository rectally once. Retain for as long as possible, usually between 5 to 30 minutes. For ease of insertion, moisten suppository with water. Do not use for more than 7 days.
